MOLDING SYSTEMS
We work with green sand molding. This system consists of the elaboration of molds starting from the mixture of silica sand and bentonite (a derivative of clay).
We work with molding in chemical sand, this hardens incorporating a mixture of chemical binder based on resins and catalysts. Molds made with this type of hardened chemical sand allow larger and more complex pieces to be cast.
Automatic molding line
- Box size: 600 x 450 x 160/160.
- Piece weight: between 0.5 kg and 30 kg.
- Minimum series: to be determined according to the number of models per plate.
Semi-automatic molding line
- Box size: 800 x 700 x 180/180.
- Piece weight: between 10 kg and 100 kg.
- Minimum series: to be determined according to the number of models per plate.
Manual:
- Custom boxes depending on the model.
- Piece weight: between 50 kg and 3,500 kg.
- Minimum series.
- Manufacture of prototypes.
- Manufacture of Porex models.
