SPECTROMETER FOR CHEMICAL ANALYSIS
Using a spectrometer it is possible to determine the percentage of elements that guarantee the cast alloy.
Subsequently, a validation is carried out to verify that the values obtained are within the parameters.
HARDNESS CONTROL WITH ELECTRONIC DUROMETER
The measurement method is the Leeb Rebound principle, by means of a striker, a metal ball hits a piece and from the information we receive about the ball’s rebound, the hardness of the metal piece is calculated.
GRANULOMETRIC CONTROL OF SANDS
The sand used for casting is filtered to obtain the grains closest to the perfect size that are needed, thus avoiding possible failures and obtaining much higher quality in obtaining the piece.
